Artwork | Sisters Uncut

Sisters Uncut is a feminist activist group taking direct action against gender-based violence and state violence.

I designed the posters for a roundtable conversation between activists -
Shanice McBean co-author of Abolition Revolution and co-host of Life of the Party; 
Janey Starling co-director of Level Up, campaigning to end the imprisonment of pregnant women;
Kristina O’Connor activist who challenged police abuse and misogyny at the Met, and won.

The conversation breaks down how our existing structures do not protect us from domestic or state abuse, and explores alternative, community responses to preventing violence against women and non-binary people.
